This modern 55 m² apartment in Friedrichskoog welcomes up to 4 guests—perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and high-quality mattresses, and a children's room with a bunk bed. The apartment features a modern bathroom and a bright, open, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Dishes, cutlery, and pots are provided. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV with free streaming service, baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. Enjoy your private balcony or use your own grill for outdoor meals. Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed. A private washing machine and dryer are located in the garage of a nearby holiday home (about 200 m away) and can be used for an extra fee. The apartment is directly opposite a mother-child clinic—ideal for clinic visitors. The main access to the dike is just steps away, bringing you close to the sea. Public transport is easily accessible. Nearby, you'll find mini golf, playgrounds, a bakery, restaurants, tourist information, and bike rental. The seal sanctuary, Büsum, St. Peter-Ording, and Hamburg can be reached by car in about an hour. Since December 2025, the dike has reopened. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Wadden Sea during a walk. The Trischendeich is expected to open in spring 2026. The dike and spa park have been modernized and now shine in new splendor. Be among the first guests.

Our holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests, is child-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs (more upon request). The semi-detached house features its own fenced garden (0.80–1.50 m high) and is just a few meters from the dike. Amenities: - Functional kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Sodastream, and various small appliances - Terrace furniture and beach chair, TV with Blu-ray player. High-speed internet and Netflix (subject to availability) are included. - Large ground-floor bathroom with window, separate garden access, and shower - Second bathroom upstairs with window, sink, shower, and toilet - Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe - Children’s room with single bed and pull-out bed - Storage room with 2 adult bikes (subject to availability), 1 children’s bike, wagon, washing machine (available for an extra charge), and dryer (available for an extra charge) - 2-person infrared cabin (available for an extra charge) The house is heated with electricity. If actual electricity use exceeds the flat rate, extra consumption is billed according to current rates. A large play lawn is on the quiet shared property. The house is suitable for all seasons. Dogs are permitted for an extra charge. Since 23.12.2026, the dike is open again for walks with views of the Wadden Sea.
